Meditation start kicking

I was meditating today (without any other exercises). It took me about 5 minutes…

Because I have decided to actually learn meditation from scratch (don’t know if it is possible to learn meditation).

I took just one post from Zenhabits, and it was worth the deal!

Only 5 minutes focusing on my breathe, and I am much calmer today after that…

Is it coincidence? Maybe… Maybe I just slept well…

But I prefer to think, that meditation really is making the deal…

Plan for today is simple

Go to the Gym for the first time in my life!

Seriously, I am not Gym fan… I prefer team sports like Football, or volleyball…

But, when none from the team wants to participate, I have to be on my own…

And Gym is perfect for that.

After work Gym could make a blast for me…

Probably much better would be, when I kick of in the morning, but unfortunately all of Gyms near place, where I am stationing are closed…

Too much in short time?

Maybe I want to change too much in my life in short period…

I am thinking about my own business, and losing some weight, become much more feet, not wasting time in the mornings…

Most important!

If some of those things is just not kicking out yet… I have to be patient, and work some more…

I have to do as much I can to do all of those routines each morning, and live in the spirit with them all day…

But, if something goes wrong… Or I just simply forget about something, or did not do something…

It doesn’t mean that my routine is over!

This is like, when I was on diet…

It was going well until I just eat the first unhealthy meal…

And all of stuff just went down from this moment…

Because when I eat something wrong once, it means that I have to start from scratch… And I need much more motivation for that, rather than just keep going…

Now it is different.

If I couldn’t just wake up on the time, when I have decided day before… It shouldn’t be the reason for making a failure from it!

It is mistake, because I should be consistent, but I am just simply thinking what goes wrong…

Fix it, and try again the next day!

I am talking about this, because this situation actually have took place today…

I really wanted to wake up at 6 AM, but I just couldn’t and lied on bed till 7…

On 8 I was on my way to work, and actually done nothing on this additional hour….

What can I do better tomorrow.

Go to sleep earlier (maybe 10.30 AM)…

And try to wake up at 5 AM by simple giving my phone out of bed…

I did that couple of times, and it was working…
