I have made it!

Yes this is a big deal for me to actually develop a habit day by day…

What I have noticed during this week?

That this is very difficult to actually make more that one routine in the same time to become a habit!

I want to drink water, wake up earlier, wake up just after clicl rings, meditate, excesses, and have some time for my own company…

This is really hard to do, and could be frustrating…

So I decided that I will try to do all of those things, but I have do a priority list

Prioritizing habits

What do I mean by that?

Simple I want some of the things, which I am doing each morning (or trying to do) to become habits more than others…

Ok in the bigger picture my dream is t actually make them all a routine without hesitation, but…

I can develop them separately day by day…

Now I am focusing on exercises, drinking water, and swimming pool, when I am at home (just before driving work).

The next on the list is standing in both feet in the same time, when clock rings…

The next thing is Meditation…

And the last one will be reading (hardest one, because I need most time for that)

Habit of reading?

Like I mention yesterday (or today) I like reading inspiring books. But now I don’t plan a time for reading each day… I simple read, when I have time, which isn’t as much effective as it could be…

Reading every day 500 pages like Warren does it is incredible, but I bet that he didn’t started from there! So am I…

My plan is to actually read something from my shelf… Every single day…

It don’t have to be 100 pages (probably i should make a boundary)… It just have to become a every day thing… When? Maybe morning between my routines?

I don’t know if I get more time for that each morning…

But it also could be just before going to bed… 30 pages a day makes 210 pages a week, which makes it one book!

Hope I wake up tomorrow, and feel a big desire for reading!
